Most VPS orders are delivered instantly after your payment is confirmed.
Once payment is processed, your server will be automatically created and details will be emailed to you immediately. In rare cases where manual review is required, setup may be delayed slightly.
Orders for Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS) are usually completed within 24 hours.
Because VDS machines are allocated with dedicated CPU threads and require customized provisioning, they are manually reviewed before deployment. If there is any unexpected delay, our support team will notify you.
Processing times for dedicated servers vary based on stock availability:
In-stock servers: Typically delivered within 1–3 business days after payment.
Custom-built servers: Typically delivered within 5 business days, depending on hardware restocking and data center coordination.
Our team will provide status updates by email if any delays are expected.
